any change on new app approvals? since bank failure(s) and on X1

I've been thinking about applying for the X1 card (and perhaps another Penfed)......

I was wondering has anyone apped for these in the last few days?   And...... Has anyone noticed any difference in approvals & starting lines since the recent bank failures ?  Any specifics (or general thoughts) are greatly appreciated.

What would 2 tech banks have to do with other normal operating banks credit depts.? Answer. No. Things have tighthened up with some banks with all the baddies on the rise.
