Good. Not darn good though.
There is too much chance of a so-so approval with the QS. Go for the gold or go home.
I got the offer in the mail which says, QS Visa, No Annual Fee and access to higher credit line in the first 5 months or something, I'm just afraid that's going to mean a triple pull for a squaky small limit, discover would probably be higher..(hopefully), what do you think?
Just say NO to that offer as it is a Credit Steps type.
It DOES mean small initial CL and unpredictable CLI after 5 mos.
I don't really suggest applying for anything right now. Let your accounts age some time.
Resisting the urge! Staying in the garden with that advice.
I also have checking + savings with Chase at around 15K at the moment, wondering if that's going to help if I try for the CSP at *some* point
My advice, apply in branch, higher chance of approval. And the banker can always call credit analyst if you are not approved immediately. Also, as the banker to mention your checking amount on the app, that's what i did to get 4 chase cards

I cant tell how chase will decide.but fyi, i got same wf secured, but 3 yrs old at the time i applied for chase united, and chase freedom a month later, and csp 4 months later. So it depends, if you have a good and long banking relationship with chase, the banker can help you and your chance will be higher
