First time being late?  ..over ?? how long having the card.

If they'll waive the late fee (by request) that would probably be a good indication that your fine.

If they don't it still may be fine, but regardless, would probably be better if going for a few months without being late again before trying for a CLI.

I tried, and it was declined for cli

i have the card 13 months before that 12 months the reason was they said they want to see 12 months when they declined me,

now not sure the reason I'm waiting for the litter but I guess because my utilization is $5000 on a card with 8k.

I guess when asking cli with bofa   is better not to have a big utilization is it correct?

I haven't tried a CLI on my BoA yet so I have no experience.  Hopefully, others can chime in but the 63% utlilization on your card could be the factor.
