So I get this error, I correct everything listed here by making sure everything matches up and my ID is crystal clear but still got the same email/denial again above, I call the people at Apple, they repeat the same thing again that was listed in the email, I said I already made sure the things listed is not the issue but they just said that is all they can do. So I do Albert Einstein sin of repeating the same thing expecting a different result and of course, I just got this exact same email again for like the 3rd time. I called them and they repeat the same thing. So Before I go insane, curious if anyone dealt with this and know how to fix it? without telling me to do all the things in the email which I've done 4 times already
I even called my credit bruerus to make sure all info is matches. I have gotten many other cards without issues so not sure whats going on.
Might have to give this a pass
Did you just talk with someone on the phone or did you go online and get copies of your Experian/Transunion/Equifax credit reports through https://www.annualcreditreport.com and comb through them to make sure that all the information is accurate? Also get a copy of your Lexis Nexis consumer report at https://consumer.risk.lexisnexis.com/ and check that for accuracy. I know from experience that interesting things can happen, not all of which are good, if that report has been mistakenly updated with someone else's information.

thanks, I actually didn't check it, I just called to see, I did move last year so idk if that was the issue. Will try to get copies to see what it is.
Its just sad that apple support can't tell me the exact issue, instead giving me the cookie cutter automated response.
I remember seeing like 2 years ago another address from a different state on my report, idk how it happened, curious on your experience if you dont mind? its pretty intriguing on the possibilities of what can happen on someone's credit report, hope it wasn't too bad
