capital one...unable to verify?

I applied for another card and also requested a CLI online and on the phone and was denied. (I've been a customer of there's for about 5 years with no late payments or over the limit) and today I got an email saying application denied due to them not being able to contact me to verify because of a fraud alert on my experian. Lol what do I do?

Is your experian frozen?  If so, then you'd have to thaw it and give them a ring...

how do i do that? call experian? sorry..im a newbie.

Call Cap1 and tell them that, you need to verify your identity for a creit card application. They will transfer you to the right department.
