The one I see still has the $0 intro BT fee: https://applynow.chase.com/FlexAppWeb/pricing.do?card=FQXK&page_type=appterms

"$0 Intro fee on transfers made within 60 days of account opening. After that: Either $5 or 5% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater."

I dont know your source however, i pulled this information of 1% fee for B/T from their own website chase, under credit cards.

Saw information about a week back, was still o% then. dont know what changed but its there. What i pasted here was pulled from chase website.

That's very interesting. It was indeed zero when I checked Chase's credit card site on my end. But now it gives me a 2% intro fee:

And the term's link now becomes:  https://applynow.chase.com/FlexAppWeb/pricing.do?card=FRJ8&page_type=appterms

So for the moment if you replace the offer code in the application page's URL, you can still get the $0 intro BT fee one.

And now I see the 1% BT fee version: https://applynow.chase.com/FlexAppWeb/pricing.do?card=FRHS&page_type=appterms

These are the application links:

0% intro BT fee: https://applynow.chase.com/FlexAppWeb/renderApp.do?SPID=FQXK&CELL=6258&PROMO=DF01

1% intro BT fee: https://applynow.chase.com/FlexAppWeb/renderApp.do?SPID=FRHS&CELL=6258&PROMO=DF01

2% intro BT fee: https://applynow.chase.com/FlexAppWeb/renderApp.do?SPID=FRJ8&CELL=6258&PROMO=DF01

Aint that something? i just saw 1% some two hours ago sitting here and making a post on myfico.

What gives?  Maybe 2% is Regional? meaning hawaii, puerto rico alaska  has different rate than mainland usa.

or Northeast has different than Kansas. who knows.

i also read the interest rate on many a chase cards are going up a whopping 2% on their credit cards sapphire and freedom.

watchout folks who carry balances on these cards.

First signs of interest rate hikes showing up on credit cards since January 2018.

I'm glad to see this thread surface. A couple weeks ago I was looking at Chase's site and saw the 2% fee. People on the board were still talking about 0%, so I thought I mis-read it. Didn't think much of it because I've seen the 0% since. Think it's browser/cookie related? I bet I've seen 0% on my phone and 2% on my computer.

Seems completely random. I just go to https://creditcards.chase.com/ and keep refreshing to see the variation of offers.
