Hi all I'd love to get a chase freedom card. I've done the chase pre qualify a few times and keep getting the same message, "we can not find any offers at this time" this may because you have opted out of pre qualified offers from chase or have already accepted a recent offer....Anyone else get this message? I am opted in on my credit reports. Do I need to opt in for chase.com? I have an auto loan from them also. Thanks in advance for any information.

I get the same message every time I check. In my case it started showing up after I had a preapproval for them for the Freedom card two months ago. Since then nothing but the message. Hard to say why you would be getting it because your auto loan shouldn't affect anything related to a preapproval for a credit card. You might just have to apply without the preapproval. With your scores I would think its iffy if you would be approved but if your auto loan has been open for awhile and paid on time it certainly would help.
Thanks. ..I was thinking about waiting until I'm around the 700s. Maybe would increase my odds. Have had the auto loan 4 years. Always paid on time.
Honestly I would wait until your scores are around 660-680... If you want even more of a comfort zone, wait for the pre-qualify as well, but those don't pop up for everyone as well, just an extra little sense of security. As stated in other threads of mine I was declined amazon Visa 1.5 months back and no pre-quals on there site... Checked this weekend and had pre-quals and approved for the freedom. So I probably got there attention I wasnted a card with them by actually applying and maybe something changed slightly in my profile that got me qualified? I would honestly wait for your score to at least hit the 660-680 range though.
Yeah ill probably give it another six months. Let some inquiries fall off and let a few of my newer accounts age. Thanks for the advice
