So I got a nice rep on the phone this time and agreed about my ploc that was intertwined with my auto loan and decided to recon but unfortunately my cap1 cards fall off this month of June for the 24 month period ..which initially where not a factor but they are still there..I have 30 days I might call again later this month once those cards are dropped off my report

Chase is pretty strict on their 5/24 rule.

Cards fall off the 15th I will forsee call first thing on the 16th not giving up on this card
