According to creditKarma my scores are 761 equifax and 741 transUnion .My highest creditline is 25 k with American express .Credit history is about two years .Today I applied for Venture and get approved for 5k.

I wouldn't count on creditkarma for scores since they aren't your real ficos. I would pull all three from here and see where you stand. Citi pulled EQ for me.

I have never seen this message before. Which Citibank credit card did you apply for? If it was Double Cash, Citi pulls EQ and EXP. You have 2 options (1) patiently wait for the email or (2) you can call. Best of luck on your application!!

Call in. They probably need some further information or need to verify your identity.
