comenity luv button fail

I have a few comenity cards through the shopping cart trick. Vs,express, jcrew,ect. Been trying the luv button to see if I can get a credit line increase. I press request increase, enter my income and press submit. It just keeps bringing me back to the income screen. Every site. I call in to request via phone and it won't let me either. Says I need to be transferred to a rep. Anyone else ever encounter this?

That happened last weekend too. It's an internal issue.

I haven't come across it, though before today the last (and only) time I tried was a few months back. Worked for me twice just now with Express (3 times if you include the 7-10 day message).

Haven't experienced that issue yet. The last time I tried the luv button was over a week ago, though.

Same here. I wonder if there's a system issue. it might be best just to wait it out if you don't feel like speaking to a CSR
