experiences on multiple chase apps?

hello, i was looking to pick up the Ink preffered and Reserve card in a short period. Same day really if possible, i have 4 other chase cards but all were applied for some time apart. Anything i should do or not do going about it?

You should be fine as long as you are not hitting 5/24. In my case I was at 4/24 and got a swa card and then a week later chase was going to close the cf card and I took a chance becuz I pretty much buy gas at costco

thanks for your comment, you applied for and were approved for SWA and CF at 4/24 in a short period? im 2/24 currently with around 750-760 scores

If I were you I would apply for the Ink Preferred first, then wait a month.

Applying for multiple Chase cards on the same day is a no-no.   It's possible to slip through the cracks and get an instant approval on the 2nd card but when Chase' left hand realizes what their right hand did (within a few weeks) the 1st card approved will be left alone but the 2nd one will be closed.

More and more DP have said to wait 30 days. I plan on downgrading my CSP to a CFF next summer and re-apply for a new CSP sub with the CFU 30 days later or so. Not worth risking them closing a card, just wait it out in my personal opinion.
