My credit score and my credit cards are as described down are 10 month old very limited very new and very small credit line
i am about to apply for new credit card to cover my school expensese
i have the money in cash but i do not want to spend it all in once
so the idea is to get new credit card with at least 12 month of free intress (0% apr)
and make monthly payment for the 12 or 18 or 24 month that i am going to be given.
i make minimum wage in california with no expances
i was given the choice to apply for the helpcard

through my school with a promise that the card will cover all the school loan
but i want insted to apply for the citibank double cash back or the citibank cosco card
would i be able to get a cradit limit of 4000 or 5000 dollar on the citibank card ?
or at least half that ? (2500) ?
please help me based on your experiance and knowlage ?
what is my best chocie
if i get at least 3000 dollar credit line on the citibank card i can pay the rest cash and make payment just for cradit card.
