how does AMEX SP work

do they pull EXP from their in-app score which updates monthly or the daily EXP app score... since they SP reports often?

(timing for a CLI in about a month or so)

They update the FICO monthly, but do soft pulls far more frequently. This is what my full experian report from September shows for Amex soft pulls:
