A few years ago I had the same issue with Lowe's... they kept denying my CLI requests due to using a months old report that had baddies that had since dropped.
A quick call to Credit Solutions solved the issue. They will place you on hold while they do a fresh SP on TU (it will need to be thawed/unlocked, though).
