it shows 0% for 12 billing cycles and then 22.24% APR... this is for BBR card. for the 1st time ever its finally offering me this, does not show a APR range.
Thoughts ?

They might also counter back 99/500 offer, and if so...take it! I did
If I do get counter back offer how long does it take ? couple of weeks after originally declined ?

My decline for the original card was instant online, and then on the same page if threw me the 99/500 offer online...i accpeted it, and filled out all the info, and the funds cleared my external acct the next day. I have my card in hand, and already have used it
.. Go find my BOFA thread in the approvals section, and youll see what the 99/500 offer online looks like!

Yeah I did. and of course the letter basically says past account performance thing... Man, this makes it 0 for 6 for getting back in door with creditors which had been previously IIB. but then I am 6 for 7 for getting accounts approvals that are not IIB overall since rebuilding 8 years ago, I think I am done apping completely until my BK falls off from all 3 CR, I think I am pretty much done all I can for rebuilding my credit.
