IS there any place on line where i can apply for multiple cards at one time?

To clarify, are you asking for a portal where you can fill out one application that you can submit to multiple CC providers?

Yes, as opposed to going to several different sites, i wondering if there is a site that will take my information and submit it to several cards at once

Why would you want to do that?

trying to prevent retyping the same information several different times and most important cut down on credit pulls.  The latter is much more inportant

This is a nice fantasy but thats not how it works. Even if there were such a site each individual lender would still pull your credit. It seems like what you want to do is fill out one application for Citi, Amex, Barclays etc (merely examples) and hit submit resulting in multiple approvals from different lenders based on one HP. Never gonna happen But if it were possible that would be pretty sweet!

I know that inquiries get recorded instantaneously but what you can do (and I don't know if this will alleviate your problem at all) is to prefill all the applications you want to send in and then click submit within seconds of each other. Make sure you're on a strong connection though.
