my wife wants a second AMEX

How hard do you think it would be for her and which one should she apply for? she would like something that has a special APR financing like she got before.

Her curent scores are 790's accross the board, never late on anything, nothing bad in her credit report. She does however have about 10-15 INQ in the last year

her current AMEX i the delta gold with a SL of 20,000 the balance on that card is 3900, over all UTI on all cards is 5%

Amex is not inquiry sensitive so she should be fine.  Also, we can't suggest a card without knowing what your wife is looking for the card to do for her.  For example, is she looking for a card that gives her cashback or is she looking for card with miles?

Another question is, will she consider paying annual fees on a card?  So be very precise with your response and you will be get the best suggestions....

She getting some dental work done. My insurance only covers 2000 of it. Not sure of the cost but there talking an additinal 3500, then I have another daughter getting braces again only 2000 is covered the rest is out of pocket,. she already has the delta skymiles so we're good there. we book all our trips on it. so we will be putting 7000+ through it in a very short time.

We tried care credit but they said she had to many INQ. So I'm gessimg something with cashback, the annual fees dont matter as long as their not outrageous.

For Amex that would mean either the Blue Cash Everyday or the Blue Cash Preferred.  Both are cashback cards and have 0% financing for 15 months.

Oh ok... I was going to suggest care credit but if she already tried that then it is out of the picture.  An Amex card she should look at is the BCP- Blue Cash Preferred.  It has an annual fee and it is 0% for the first year.

She also gets 6% at grocery stores and the grocery amount for the 6% is capped at $6,000 per year.  It is also a cashback card so look into that.  Another one is the BCE - Blue Cash Everyday.  No annual fee and I think it is 3% cashback but I am not sure.

I personally have the BCP and like it alot.  So look into those and see if it fits your needs.  Let us know whatever you decide on...

K she did the BCP and was approved for 8000. with the 6% it will be cool for the grocery store cause these 3 kids never stop eating lol

She already has a chase amazon and got it free with that I think. she got that in novemeber. I didnt see anything pop up in the app about it tho
