new card applications

Hello!

I am looking for an advise from the community about my delimma...

I recently applied for chase marriot, luxury gold card, amex gold card, boa card, approved with give or take from 5 to 10k limits.

I did not get approved for chase freedom unlimited due to 5/24, called in to see what the issue was, I was told that they could over write it if i really needed or wanted it but I declined to accept it.  Anyway...

In 2015 there was about 8-11 hardpulls accross all three, in 2016 there is about 5 on two and 1 in TU so far.

My delimma is... I want citi presitge (for one extra hotel night), also i want fairmont visa card for two sign up bonus. So the question lead to should I go ahead and apply or wait 6 more months? what are my chances? Any opninon, experiance, advice will be greatly appreciated!

my credit profile...

score 680s to 700 depending on the day of the month. ult % 12, total credit line 120k for all US cards (without being AU on Coutts for 100k). two cars loan closed and paid off one in 2015 and one in 2016, 35k and 77k.  one medical collection for $214 or something.. (embrassing...) which was paid but still on my report... no other baddies.

Income : 122k

AAOA: 4.5years, total age of accounts 12 years

have a chase PC. (reason i put here is fairmont card is chase card and i have a very long history with chase for over 16 years since i was 18).

Thank you very much in advance.

Re: new card applications

How many INQs are on each bureau right now? I think Citi typically pulls EX and/or EQ, but it might vary based on your location. As long as your INQs are rather low in the past 6 months, I think you have a chance at Citi Prestige and the other one you want.

As for your medical collection, if it has been paid I would google HIPAA in regards to credit reporting, there is some info out there that could help you.
