It's a bit spotty based on some DPs when it first opened.  Does not account for existing cards/their limits/time since last card opened.

I had no prequal offers/cold-apped at 91/3 and got lowest APR more rewards @ 12.5k.

Definitely hit up the forum with questions if you're considering apping to compare your profile to known DPs.
