i got my card saturday and hit the CLI and it said they will contact me

So ..... are all Capitol One CLI requests done via the computer SP?  I just have the BuyPower wemc and every time I click the link -- this appears -- In order to process this credit limit increase request, we may obtain a current copy of your credit report. To authorize this request, click the "Submit" button below.

Does it still say this for you other regular CapOne holders -- like Venture, QuickSilver, etc???

Yes, the Venture, QuickSilver, etc... are SP and specifically state "this will not effect your credit score to see if you qualify for CLI etc...." .......... for your BuyPower card sounds like it will be a HP

Ahhh, thank you very much!!  I guess that's one of the benefits of taking 3 HP's to get their normal cards.  Since the BuyPower is only 1 HP on EQ instead of the typical 3, but then they want to HP for a CLI.....

Maybe, I should jump on the Venture or Quicksilver bandwagon.........naah
