My husband was approved for QS1 on Sat. He submitted a Plat app at the same time and was disapproved. He got the letter today and here's what it said: The reason(s) for our decision are: • Based on your application information, there is a currently pending or recently processed application with Capital One.
When I got my two cards, I did them at the same time also and was approved. Is that not working now? (Guess I answered my on question since he didn't get it.) Should he ask for reconsideration?
Thanks
Cap One switched earlier this year to one app every six months. As far as I know there is no way around that.
Thanks. I had a feeling that happened.

Yeah, wash is correct. Other cards will probably go towards that too. Hopefully not
Sucks for some of the active credit-chasers, but I'm sure it won't affect 95% of the rest of the people out there.
No offense to credit chasers... we're all credit chasers during our rebuilding stage!

Why choose? Do both.
