morning! for example, can an everyday be tested for a cli, cancelled and the a blue cash be tested as well to see which cli looks better and if desired go back to the everyday and the same cli offer will be there? same question with business cards or one consumer and one business. no coffee yet question so I hope this is clear. thanks

Somewhat clear...Is the limit on both cards the same?
lets say no, the ed is $20K and the bce is $12K. a friends accounts, just helping her out. weak history but excellent scores and income. I just want to know if one can back out of one cli offer, look at another and go back to the first one and snag it if desired
not my question. before taking the cli can one cancel, check out another possible cli on another card and if I turn it down can I go back to the original card I looked at - will the original cli offer be there...that is the question. responses only from folks that have actually tested this. thank you

I did answer your question, once you're offered (approved) for an CLI you only have 2 options, accept or decline (backing out as you put it). If you back out (decline), you'll have to wait 31 days before you can make another request on any card. No I have not personally tried this and I doubt many have, but the 31 day wait time after declining an offer came right out of the official Amex 3XCLI thread.
I apologize, I read your response too fast. I am very sorry. so basically once one starts the process on one card one is committed to follow through on it. I suppose the same would hold true if a 4607 popped up. many thanks and again sorry for my flip remark

It's no problems at all. When you get the income verification request your application is in pending status and you have 3 options, you can hit the back tab on the browser and enter a lower amount and repeat until approval without IV request, you can comply and submit IV or you can ignore the IV request at which point the CLI application will be rejected after a period of time without the IV submission. I seriously doubt you can request another CLI on a different card while another request is pending.
roger that, again this is for a friend i am helping and whent through the iv deal last week for her. wish chase was as easy to deal with with clis
After a 4506-T request, it’s about a week before it drops. As I am on day 31 after resubmitting my 4506-T with the check mark on the “optional” box above the signature, can I ask if your friend has heard anything back?
