Hyatt Card Chase pending approval after applying, I did receive a Chase Hitlon card 2 months ago. I think they are both from Chase.
I thought you could have multiple Chase cards?
My fico scores from Myfico is EQ 743, TU 712 and EX 689
Should I wait for the snail mail reply OR call them? And if so, what number would i call?
Thanks for your opinions ahead of time.

You can have multiple Chase cards but the Hilton card is not from Chase. Amex and Citi have Hilton cards but not Chase.
To check on your appliation, call the automated application status line listed under backdoor numbers in the sticky 'useful threads'
called and it said 30 day reply , yada yada.....
it is the Chase Southwest card that I have and it has been 4 months ago..
So applied for the Chase Hyatt....
in the sticky - should I call them - if there is a number OR wait?
I'd wait it out.
Friend of mine applied for a southwest with a 730 after having freedom for 4 months and got 30 day message and it randomly popped up a week later in her account.

Always wait them out!
yes I have a Chase account already .. it is a Southwest card.. They pulled a hard inquiry on EQ and it dropped 21 pts. WOW!
Guess I will have to farm after this..
I would call. I used to call the number on the back of my Chase Sapphire Preferred and then the CSR would get an Analyst on the line for me. For what it is worth, I had a Chase Slate, Sapphire, Sapphire Preferred, Hyatt and Marriott Premier open simultaneously before I combined them all into my current Marriott limit in my sig (I did have to give up about $5K to have the one large limit), so multiple cards is not an issue. Good luck!

I'll be looking to combine my chase cards next year. Can you expand on why you had to give up 5k to get the one large limit from chase? Thanks
