Is walmarts CLI button a SP or a HP?

Hubby and I haven't gotten a HP on a 7-10 day message yet, just a denial. Of course, YMMV

I went nuts on the love button last month and went from $1.2K to $5K, no HPs were given.

I had 2k CL on both Walmart and Lowes. Asked for 5k from Wally luv button and got it, asked for 7.5k on Lowes and got that. One of these days I'll stop leaving money on the table.

Go back and ask again. I asked for 15k, got it. So I asked for 20k, they countered with 17k.

SP. Once you get past 10k on the CL, button usually does not work. Only chat, at least for me
