why Nfcu declined cli

I have 2 cards (platinum and rewards) with Nfcu, a car loan, and LOC. Both cards have a cl of 2500 each. One balance is 650, the other 762. I requested a cli and it was denied. Can someone give me some insight?
Too my surprise, I got a $200 cli on my sams club recently.
Also, my Barclay cli request was denied for too recent tradelines. The above accounts been opened since August 2014. I am wondering if my mortgage now showing up have something to do with it?

Sorta hard for anyone to know why without more info but they might think your DTI is too high. If they didn't give you a reason in the denial notice I would send them a secure message and ask why and for reconsideration.

What is the limit of your LOC and balance?

Did you try a CLI on your other Navy Card also or just 1?

They were both opened at same time?

Limit on loc is 10000 and balance is 1770. Both cards were opened at same time and I requested cli on both.
