I have been reading that Sync has been handing out some CLIs via the robo lady lately so I had to give it a try since the luv button hasn’t been showing me any movement in several months! Got my Walmart store card up by 2k and 1.5k on my gap card.

In other not so great news, I asked sears for an increase on my MC as I hit the luv button and it told me to call to complete. I thought it was in the bag with maybe a few verification Qs, no dice! Rep told me I’ll get a letter... 😞 oh well. At least I got the other two.

Was the CLI a hard or soft pull? Thought Citi Sears M/C was a hard pull...so haven't requested a CLI.

Sears was a SP, the rep informed me ahead of time and I have no alerts of any HPs on the bureaus.
