2nd Discover Card

So last Sunday I was scrolling through the forums and I saw someone bring up the topic of a 2nd Discover Card so I thought 🤔 hmmmmm let me see if they have any Pre Approvals for me and they did!!! The IT and the Chrome so I decided to App for the IT and they gave me a SL of 7K talk about shocked 😳 and I say shocked because with my 1st Discover IT they’ve been stingy with the CLI’s 😂 but I guess they’ve taken a liking to me now but honestly I only got the Card because of the BT Offer 0% Interest for 14 Months and 0% Interest on Purchases til March 2020 too!!!

I couldn’t stop smiling if I wanted to 😂 especially because I have the Hyatt Card and a 2K Balance on it and Chase🙄 and their ridiculous Interest made me come to the decision to just BT my Hyatt Balance to the Discover Card which I did today and boy do I feel a weight lifted off of my shoulders.

1st Discover IT- SL $1900 

Current CL- $4K

What did Discover pull for the new app?

I might forget Amex and just wait for a prequalified offer for a second card in a couple months from Discover. I want to have less cards so a possible combination with two Discover cards and a combination of my two cap 1 cards seems like the way to go.

They pulled Experian.

Yes I agree the less cards the better I’ve been cutting down on Cards and may get rid of more as my Credit Lines Increase on my Prime Cc’s.
