I was up bored and thought I would try for another Voice credit. I got my first Voice credit card on October 9, 2015 @ $12,000. At that time, I immediately applied for a 2nd card with Huntington and was denied because you have to wait 90 days from account opening to apply for a 2nd card I was told. Unfortunately (maybe fortunately) I have the EQ ID Premier credit monitoring service which really hasn't been working for me lately. My credit report has been locked for a couple of weeks and I can't unlock it nor EQ. They have escalated this to their technical team. To date no response from EQ on this. Now back to my story. So I submitted the Huntington application about 1:30am. It went through it's stages and within 20 seconds it popped up and said Congratulations you have been approved, your credit limit is $12,000 and APR is 19.24%. Now I know that Huntington pulls EQ and mine is locked up tighter than Ft. Knox. I called Huntington to see if application went through or was this just some type of repeat from my original approval from October 2015. The rep said that the credit card department is currently doing a system update and is unable to access the system to check application status. I was told to call back tomorrow morning once the system has completed updating. I decided then to look at my existing Voice credit card statement. Interesting enough, the APR for this account says 15.99%. Now I'm thinking that I may have been approved for a 2nd Voice card because tonight's application had an APR of 19.24%. This would be great if it really is an approval with no HP. I'll update tomorrow morning. I don't think I'm going to call them though. I'll just see if account shows up in my online account. If this holds true, may be another Diner's twin situation (without the 2nd HP of course, but reporting). Either way I'll take it if I can get it.
UPDATE: APPROVED (called credit card dept and was instantly approved as message had originally stated) Yay
Wow awesome man.. Congrats!

I hope it's congrats but too early to celebrate. This is likely a glitch in their system if it turns out to be an approval IMO. Thanks willwar14
I would think so, it has a different APR, can't you call into their auto system? and look up the accounts by your SSN?
Didn't see your update when I read the first time. Congrats, are you going for the 3% category or lower APR on this one?

I'll say. Must be a glitch in the system. I'm not complaining though.

I did the 3% on this one since my other is the low rate and is not really low. Figured I'll try the 3%. It has zero percent for 12 months fir BT
He sai it's going to take 1 or 2 days to show up online.
Did you ask how often and if it is always at night that they 'update the system'? Perhaps we should all apply then.
Hold the brakes on this. Somehow Huntington did get my EQ report. Don't know how because EQ says it is locked. Oh well, I'm still happy for the approval
