A couple new CLI requests

Those are some nice increases, congrats!  BoA always takes a day or so to consider CLI for me, and it's always HP.  I wonder if instant increases are done with SP?

Nope.  It was a HP on TU, just like the last time I requested.  When its not instant, there is something that triggered it to be flagged for manual review.  

The NFCU was SP though.  This is also the same as when last requested.  I remember when NFCU used to HP for everything.  SP seems like the new policy here.

BOA is always a HP even for conversion from secure to unsecure. Even accepting a counter offer uses another HP.
