I applied for the AARP card and got the 7-10 days. Now I called the automated status line and it say that I'll get the resolution in writing in 30 days.
I guess this is a denial. Maybe they no longer approve people with ITIN. Clean file, util below 10%, score 750+
30 day message is usually a just an approval waiting to happen, call the verification line and see if they need more info, if they don't they may want to transfer you to lending, at which point hang up, just my 2 cents.

A wasted HP is the worst (or 2)
If you applied today, sometimes you can request a CLI on your Freedom and get them to use the same HP. If the app doesn't go through hopefully you can salvage some value there?
30 day phone message is a good thing same with two week... 7-10 days not so much.. Wait it out it could take a week or two and they will call you if they need anything. My hyatt by automated phone was 30 days and approved next day for 17.5k and my Ritz was two week and 4 or 5 days later approved as wel without talking to anyone..
