I got my AMEX BCE back in August. I knew about the 90 day thing, just disn't mess with it. Had more CL than I could use and have paid everything down to $0 util. But was messing around today, started playing with the site. Put in my 3X limit and hit enter. Poof, instant approval. That was quick and painless.
