Just wanted to share, 3xCLI with AMeX after 61 days of having an account worked as described here by other members.
Initial limit - 5400$
The increase approved to 16000$ instantly.

Moved to the US in August 2018.
Applied for Citi Costco in November 2018 - Denied due to lack of history (no history).

Congrats and should definitely help you get some other larger SL or increase the other limits you have down the line!

Looking forward to getting similar when I try in a couple months, for now still waiting on the card itself to arrive.
