AMEX Approval - off BL 20+ years

What a crazy moment for me LOL , just a few moments ago it said I was approved but I do not know the CL just that I was approved and assigned delta skymiles  # , I would guess CL is 1K based on what I have read on myfico for people who had been on BL.  more info as this is developing news  , hope amex does not changed their mind   EDIT: Forgot to add the sub details 95K skymiles + AF waived 1st year

Congrats.  It's like getting back with your high school ex-gf two divorces later.  Did they still use your original Member Since date?

Sounds like this was the Delta gold card?  Co-Branded is probably the way to go when you need a slightly better chance of being let (back) in the door

Yes, its the gold card , pretty good deal for 95K skymiles and no AF 1st year plus 1 free checked bag which is like $40 or 50 ish each time! but  I still dont know the CL is , I wonder if the user id and pw would work from early 2000's  lol , I am not calling, or asking anyone at amex don't want to poke the bear

Congrats! It took me just at 14 years. I got the BCP with a $1k and the Platinum card. I love them both and AmEx customer service has been amazing. They used my original membership year on my cards. 

I've charged tons on the Platinum and even carried a balance on some of it. 

Hoping I can start 3X CLI on the BCP soon. 

That's odd they didn't provide limit info. My spouse just got the Delta Gold with the $500 statement credit + 50k miles. It gave the SL right away but the issue we had was when trying to review all the disclosures the browser had an error and closed the app so we had to wait for the card to come in the mail to purchase our flights.
