AMEX ED Approved with SP?

So I applied and got the BCE a month and a half ago with a $2k SL, and then went for the ED card on 5/16 and was denied. Completely by accident, I applied again today, exactly 1 month later and was approved with a $2800 SL, but I don't see an HP yet. No alerts through MyFico or CCT. Is it possible I got through on a SP? Maybe it's delayed? Weird.

It is possible that you were approved with SP; I've seen some here that have gotten SP approvals.
I think it may be a little delayed in alerting, but hoping you just got another Amex without a pull!!

Congrats. I got approved for the Amex Preferred Everyday card (kinda) with a sp. They approved the card and just took a portion of the limit away from another Amex card. No HP ever showed up.

I applied on purpose, but it so happened to be exactly 30 days after my denial.
