Was able to get the 25k offer to come up incognito finally. Came out of garden after 13 months for this.

Needed a card to transfer limit to since AMEX still doesn't want to play nice and PC my JetBlue Amex.

Applied on Sunday, instant online approval for $23k at 15.99% with 0%intro til Jan 2017 for purchase and BT.

EX FICO was 802 and report is clean, utl is low, and always PIF. I was a little surprised to not get the 12.99% but maybe becuase my 2 car loan balances are still above 50%...who knows.

This brings my total AMEX exposure to $46k.

I'm at $47k total AMEX CL now, but it took me 4 cards to do it.

Use the chat feature after about a month to see about getting your APR reduced. I've gotten 4% APR reduction on the HHonors card, and 3% reduction on the SPG, each soon after the card was active. And several folks have gotten APR reductions to single digits with AMEX in this way.
