Finally applied for a big boy card (was approved for Discover IT for $500) and was approved for $2k instantly, not much but it's now my highest CL next to my Barclays Card at $1400. They pulled TU which was around 650 at the time with only 1 30day late payment, which is now gone(wish I would've waited).
AMEX pulled TU only? Thought they were an EX puller. Weird, what I learn
Congratulations on your AMEX. Do you mind letting me know how long you had your secured card? I am wondering how long your payment history was when you applied. Thank you and again congratulations!

Congrats! on the Instant! Amex Approval ![]()
Congrats!
I thought AMEX only pulled TU as a primary report if you were accepting an offer on a third party site like cardmatch or CK...
In any event, congrats on the approval!
Congrats! Thanks for sharing.

Opened a secured account in June '13 so a total of 14 months of payment history and that's all I had.
