[APPROVAL] Barclaycard Arrival Plus!

Hey guys,

 

So I've been saying recently that I had my eye on the Barclaycard Arrival card. I decided to take the plunge today.

 

 

Not thrilled with the SL of $7,500 but I'll take it. I called the backdoor number and asked for a higher line. Nice analyst but he said they won't raise it right now due some other credit obligations I have and they want to see my usage and payments first. Wondering if I should try another analyst or would it be the same outcome? Maybe do nothing and be happy I got approved? Smiley Mad

Congrats on your approval! I was just approved for Barclay Ring the other day with the same SL tried 2 different credit analyst and was given the very same explanation of not wanting to increase. I think we're in good shape for it to grow just as long as we put the usage into it. Again congrats and enjoy.

bruisedcredit - You inspired me to call back a second time. I spoke to another analyst who commended me for how I handle my accounts and he DOUBLED my SL to $15,000!!! Go Barclay my new daily driver! A SL of $15K is more like it.

 

Guys, this go back to what I've always said... Never take no for an answer and persistence pays off.
