Don't remember, but they have been difficult. I tried to get the Amazon Chase a couple years ago, denied called Recon and they wouldn't budge even though my credit has been fully re-established. They definately wanted to see significant time elapased after my most recent card opening even though I had not openened many accounts in the past 2 years.
