Finally at the end of my 18 month credit rebuild. Short story had a lot of med. Collections, got a new job with unlimited overtime so a whole bunch of 60 and 70 hour weeks and $××,××× I'm all cleaned up.
On to the good stuff!
07/17/18 Overstock luv button for $2,000
07/17/18 Discover It luv button for $1,500 tried to double dip but no dice.
07/17/18 Cap One Quicksilver luv button for $100 lol declined
07/19/18 App for Altitude Reserve. Got the 7-10 day message, waited a few hours and nothing showing on the app approval link so I called. The nice lady said iwas APPROVED!! I was in shock for a minute then she said it will be mailed out the next day (Did not know approval amount yet). I composed my self and asked if I could get a CLI on my Cash + Visa with the same hard pull. She transfered me to underwritting and they said they could not gaurantee it would not be a hardpull, I said fine! He took down all my info and I asked for 10k (SL $500) he said they would let know in 2 to 3 days.
07/20/18 checked my US Bank account about 20 times then at 2:00pm Cash+ Visa account shows $10,000 CL!!! (Hard pull #2

7/21/18 Altitude Reserve added to on line accounts with a SL of $6,500. Was hoping for 10k but I will take it. Don't want to push my luck with a recon so I will let it grow.
What a week! Next move is to wait for score to update on the 28th on the Amex site and app for the Magnet. Then to the garden for a year to prep for a mortgage.
Sorry about the lengthy post, just trying to return the favor on all the awesome advice and data i have got from you guys.

You've certainly come a long way in 18 months. From high 400s
and low 500s to the FICO 700 Club across the board is a major
accomplishment indeed. You should be very proud of yourself!
