AmEx BCP CLI $2,000 >> $12,000 over 1 year

Opened this card in December 2021 with a $2,000 limit. It had been a year since I had accepted an offer to regain membership with an Optima card after paying off a Charge-Off from 2018. 

3 months ago, tried close to the 3X rule, got a bump to $5,500. Today, after another negative finally fell off all 3 bureaus, decided to go ahead and try to hit close to the 3X rule, and was approved for a CLI to $12,000! This is now my highest CL, second is Citi at $11,500. 

I have had pretty heavy spend on this card, been averaging about $1,500/mo and pay in full.
