I applied on 11/05/2018 for Amazon Store Card since I already have a Chase Amazon Credit Card and was told they need more information to proceed so I called this morning and after a few security questions, I was approved for $1,100. Not what I was expecting so I asked for a CLI and the Rep transferred the call and I asked if this will be a soft pull and he said yes so I gave him the okay to request a CLI of $3,000. I was declined so I said thanks and I appreciate the initial offer.

Congratulations! The store card is backed by synchrony, whom are fairly good at giving CLIs after 3 months or so.
