Logged in, like I do everyday to make sure there's no unusual activity, and decided to hit the luv button again. I requested a cli yesterday but got an error message and said to try again later, so when hit the button I thought I was going to receive the message but to my surprise it said " We are pleased to inform you, that affective immediately your credit limit has been increased to the following : $700 " Even though it was only a $300 increase I was shocked because I've read that GE usually gives cli after the fourth statement. My fourth statement cuts on the 18th of this month. And I also was approved for the Paypal Smart Connect a couple of days ago for $500 which is also backed by GE. Well, at least Amazon is not my lowest limit card anymore

Congrats. Be sure to request a CLI every 4 statements it's always a SP.

Congratulations on the CLI. You might try calling if you want a higher CLI - you don't have 4 months. (I did that and it's was still an SP)

Congrats! It took me a year for them to give me a CLI. But Walmart was and continues giving them to me like they were going out of style. And I only use it here and there for a tank of gas and march right into Sam's Club and pay it off immediately.
