I have the Amazon Prime Store Card, so I'm just guessing that they're administered the same way. If so, there's a button--no need to speak to anyone.

There is a button. But you have to go to the full desktop site, not the app or mobile site. From the phone you have to sign in, go to the full site and then sign in again to get there.

Congratulations on your cli. I also have the prime card that I just opened a few months ago with 2600 sl. I tried last week for cli and got same response.  My third statement just cut yesterday so I asked again and was instantly approved for what I asked for, 5000.

I tried about a week ago and got that same response. Not sure what the magic amount of time is. I assumed today would be the same denial so I was pleasantly surprised...
