Thanks a bunch Gust!!! Well I decided to give them a call and request the increase via phone. I asked for $5k and they countered with $4k!!!!! I love these forums!!! I got approved last week for $700 and within a week received my first CLI to $4k. I tried Walmart but it seems the system was down according to rep on the phone. She told me to try later or call tomorrow! You can count on me calling back for sure!!!! Thanks everyone!!

Well just a follow up. I called again a few hours after speaking to the first rep the way she asked me. I spoke with a new rep, asked for the same $5k limit and she countered with $4k giving me a $3750 increase!! Wow am I stoked!! I especially can't wait for these limits to hit my credit report cause that will definitely help to bring my overall utliztion down!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Each and every one of you in this thread have MADE MY NIGHT! It is a FALSE statement that Synchrony bank only does CLI's via HP. It has always been HP with our lowes and care credit.

This thread is just too cool! I could not locate the chat feature anywhere. I figured it was because of the time. So, I called. He asked for income, and asked what I wanted. Now me being at $800 and only open since April 2015, I didn't want to be too cocky... I guess I could have said higher and maybe they would have countered. But I asked for $3,000 and got it!

Have you let a statement cut?  I've found that sometimes you have to let a statement or two cut before they will do an increase.  Sam's Club finally gave me an increase from $600 to $2500 when I let a statement cut, then made a payment, then I went on chat and finally got an increase.  I plan to wait 2 more statements then request an additional increase.
