Do you feel like the fee justifies the rewards?

Re: Amex Approval

I'm new to this forum but I been reading it a lot lately but I haven't been able to figure out what you mean by "gardening" or "going to the garden". Can someone please enlighten me...

Re: Amex Approval

Nuturing your credit score so it grows. Not applying for new credit or other hard pulls. Just focusing on making payments on time.

Re: Amex Approval

Oh I see. I kind of figured that but I just needed clarification. I guess that's what I'm going to do now too since I just applied for a Blue Cash Everyday on Saturday. Happy to be approved for a $8000 limit. Can you call Amex to see what credit bureau they pulled from and what your score was?

Re: Amex Approval

RavenNation, do you mind sharing some of your scores and credit history to help the rest of us who are trying to get approved for BCE?

What other cards do you have? Any baddies? Other limits? Income?

Thanks in advance!

Oh, Here's the link to the Garden Club.

Re: Amex Approval

RavenNation; American express should send you a letter in the mail indicating the bureau and score used. They usually pull experian and your score must be.great; because they are known to be chopsticks with their limits. Congrats to all the new amex cardmembers! Welcome to the amex family! See y'all in the garden!
