Amex Auto CLI while pending 4506-t

I requested a pretty large increase sometime last year and got hit with a 4506-t which they never really responded to. Since then I've had a successful CLI request on another card. So I guess they forgot about the first one?

Fast forward to a few weeks ago, I submitted a new request asking for 50k+ on one of my cards and got hit with the 4506-t request again. I submitted, they received, they're waiting for IRS. In the meantime, a different card gets an auto increase to about half the amount of my request. It would be nice if they also approve my request.
