That's a great point, and I deffinitely thought about it. I figured with my other cards in use, I would never swipe the ED 30 times a month, plus, I'm never going to really use the platinum all that much, mainly just for the travel perks and credits, once in a while I'll whip it out to actually use, but not too much. That's why I pulled the trigger on the BCP in the end.

Your right if you don't swip 30 times.  I also use Plat just for travel perks and has very little use.  

I had to put DW as a AU for grocery and gas to get me over the 30 swips.

Haha I like to use the ED for small stuff. Since I work as a supervisor in a grocery store, it's easy to get to that 20 swipes. Thirsty? Grab a soda lol. I didn't get the EDP because I just can't justify the annual fee for that one. Now my BCP on the other hand is another story haha

The BCP is an awesome card... if you spend just $210 a month in groceries, you've justified the AF over having the BCE (and that's not even taking gas or dept. stores into consideration).

It's one of my favorite cards.. you're going to love it!  Congrats!
