Amex Blue CLI

 I was going to ask AMEX for a CLI but I was wondering if anyone knows:

a) what is the upper limit on the blue card (currently my CL is 32500)?

b) obviously getting a 3x increase here is not going to happen but what is a safe amount to ask for ?

c) can you ask for a CLI EVERY six months?

d) at what point do they ask for tax transcripts?
