Applied for the PRG last night and got a message to call them to verify information. They were closed for the holiday so I had to wait until today. Just called them and was approved! Card will be here in 1-2 days. First American Express card!

Thanks. I have a few student loan negatives that I got TU to delete, but I can't get EQ and EX to remove them. So TU is a completely clean report for me.
