Another AMEX CLI with BK Reporting

Hi All, 

I posted a couple months back that I received a CLI on my AMEX Hilton that started at 1k and they approved me for 5k. Yesterday, I tried on my AMEX Delta Platinum the card started at 10k and I requested $20k and it was approved. Unfortunately, anytime I apply for a new AMEX it says that I do not qualify for the sign up offers, but I'll take the CLIs if they are going to give them out. I know many say that CLIs are not possible with BKs on their credit report. For me, I have a 7 year old Ch. 7 and I burned them in 2018.
